The real Meaning of education.

EDUCATION encompasses both the act of imparting information to others and the process of learning from others. Working with and guiding teachers to improve educational processes in elementary, secondary, and postsecondary institutions is what educational leadership entails. Those in educational leadership positions are often called upon to do more than merely manage and administrate. They are, nonetheless, prepared to advance and improve educational institutions as well as to develop and implement policies.

Educational leadership’s purpose:

Educational leadership professionals are concerned with improving educational programming. They are in charge of hiring and managing teachers and personnel, as well as budgeting.
