If you need to apply for the Assignment Deadline Extensions

Read the Following Points

  • To fill this form, you should be a student of Nenasala ICT Center, Medagama, Gampaha.
  • First, you must fill this form and download the generated letter.
  • Then, you have to print it (If you are unable to print, you can write it again on a paper in the same structure)
  • After that, you can put your signature in the bottom of the letter.
  • Finally, you have to handover the document before the supervisor's mentioned date.

Special Points

  • Maximum Extension Period is only 2 Weeks.
  • If you couldn't submit your assignment even got extensions, you will lose 30% of your marks.
  • You must handover the printed or written letter before 7 days from the date you requested the extension.
